Ticketboat.com is a private ticket brokerage specializing in the re-sale of tickets to sold-out events, as well as in providing premium seating to events. We are not affiliated in any way with Ticketmaster, Tele-Charge, NextTicketing, or ANY box office. Our prices often are significantly higher than face value and reflect the costs involved with supplying the seats that we offer.

Orders placed outside of these times will be processed the following business day. For events less than 72 hours away, please contact us to determine whether tickets can be delivered in time for your event.

Prices and Availability
Ticket prices and availability are subject to change.

Because we tap into a network of ticket sources in order to provide the widest inventory to our customers, tickets are not necessarily sold in real time. Your order on Ticketboat.com puts us to work at securing your tickets. Your order does not guarantee availability or final price.

In most cases, the tickets that you order from Ticketboat.com are available and at the price listed. A Ticketboat.com representative will secure the tickets, charge your credit card, confirm the transaction with you, and establish a delivery schedule for your tickets. As soon as your credit card is charged, the sale is considered final and can't be cancelled.

Ticketboat.com will notify you if the tickets that you ordered are no longer available or have changed in price. We often can find equal or better seats at your request.

Note: Ticket availability and pricing are especially unstable in the days and weeks leading up to major events, such as the Super Bowl or the World Series. Tickets can drop or increase dramatically in price within hours. Most events don't have this kind of volatility, but it can happen.

All prices are in US dollars, regardless of the location of the event or buyer.


Payment Options
We accept payment by MasterCard, Visa, Discover, and American Express. For your convenience, we can also accept your payment by PayPal (details).

Because of the time sensitive nature of the tickets we offer, we cannot accept your payment by cash or check for tickets. However, we will be glad to sell you a gift certificate with payment by mail, which you could then use to purchase tickets from the inventory available after you have received your gift certificate.

Shipping Policy
All of our tickets are shipped by FedEx. All shipments must go to the name and address on file with your credit card. A signature is required on all deliveries. The buyer accepts responsibility for packages left by FedEx if you waive the signature, including signature waivers on file with FedEx.

It is the buyer’s responsibility to choose a shipping option appropriate for your delivery needs. Ticketboat reserves the right to upgrade your shipping and adjust the pricing accordingly if you choose shipping method which will not assure your tickets will arrive in time for your event.

Since all packages require a signature, the buyer has a responsibility to assure someone is at the destination to sign for the tickets. FedEx will return the package to us after a few unsuccessful attempts. In this case, the buyer will need to re-pay shipping charges for the new delivery.

Most of our tickets ship within 1 business day. However, some events may not ship until closer to the event, based on the shipping practices of the original box office. You will receive an e-mail containing your shipping information.

Privacy
Our privacy policy is a simple one. When you choose to do business with us, we accept that as a privilege. We will never share your information with anyone outside of the necessary parties. Necessary parties may include wholesalers and affiliates, as well as obvious banking institutions for credit processing. We do not sell, rent, give or otherwise supply your information to outside parties for any reason, at any time. We do not send out SPAM. The only e-mails sent to you will be in the course of a sale.

Our order page is secured by Verisign. The receipt mailed to you will only contain the final 4 digits of your credit card number. All of our computers use firewall protection to prevent against unauthorized access.

Refunds/Returns/Exchanges
Unless an event is cancelled, there will be absolutely no refunds, returns, or exchanges for any reason.

As is the industry standard, all sales are absolutely final, excepting some rare circumstances noted below. Please be absolutely certain that you can attend the event you are buying, as we cannot exchange or refund your tickets. Once you buy them, you own them.

If your event is cancelled, we will provide a 95% refund for your total ticket sale, less shipping and handling. In order to receive a refund you will be required to return the tickets to us within 10 business days of cancellation notification. Lineup (performer) changes do not constitute a cancelled event. The entire event must be cancelled to qualify for a refund.

If your event is postponed, your tickets will still be valid for the makeup date.  No refunds will be issued for postponed events.

Since we are not affiliated with any box office, promoter, performer/sports team, venue, or primary market ticket provider (i.e. Ticketmaster or Tickets.com); ANY refund policy stipulated by these outside entities does NOT apply.

Lost/Stolen Tickets
The buyer assumes all responsibility for tickets upon receipt. Because tickets are one-of-a-kind items, lost or stolen tickets can't be replaced under any circumstances.

Liability
By purchasing tickets from Ticketboat.com, you agree not to hold us or any of our partners or affiliates liable, in any way, for any injuries or losses occurred as a result of attending any event. Further, any liability for failure to deliver tickets is limited to purchase price only
